This document forms part of the Terms of Service that govern your use of the SERVICE (as defined below) and demonstrates its compliance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please read this document carefully and treat it as valuable property.

PART I - THIS DOCUMENT

This Data Protection Policy ("Policy") forms part of the Terms of Service between CCL Digital LLP ("CCL") and You ("Client"), each being a "Party" and together the "Parties". It is effective as of the later of the date You register for an account at the website (“Service”) and September 15, 2024.

DEFINITIONS

Affiliate: An entity that owns or controls, is owned or controlled by, or is under common control or ownership with either Client or CCL (as the context allows).
Client Personal Data: Any Personal Data Processed by CCL on behalf of Client or otherwise Processed by CCL pursuant to or in connection with instructions given by Client.
Data Protection Laws: Includes GDPR and other relevant laws concerning the processing of personal data of natural persons.
Data Controller: The company or individual controlling the personal data processed using the services.
Data Processor: CCL acts as the Data Processor, processing data on behalf of the Data Controller.

INTERPRETATION OF THIS DOCUMENT

If a court finds any provision of this DOCUMENT unenforceable, the rest of the DOCUMENT will continue in full force. The failure of either Party to enforce any provision of this DOCUMENT will not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement of that or any other provision. This DOCUMENT is governed by the laws of Gurugram, India and any disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, India (IN).

PART II - DESCRIPTION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

This section includes details of the processing of Client Personal Data required by Article 28(3) GDPR.

The obligations and rights of Client are set out in this Data Protection Policy and in our Terms of Service.

DATA EXPORTER

The data exporter is: ValidifyMail user that submits data to the Service.

DATA IMPORTER

The data importer is: CCL Digital LLP, a company providing email validation services, which requires receiving Client's query data. ValidifyMail is a brand under CCL.

PART III - DATA PROCESSING TERMS

Client must comply with all applicable Data Protection Laws in connection with the performance of this Policy. CCL will also comply with the applicable Data Protection Laws while processing Client Personal Data.

DATA PROTECTION

CCL Digital LLP is registered in India. All data is stored in secure ISO-27001 certified facilities. CCL Digital LLP does not store data outside the European Union. secure...

DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

The Data Protection Officer for CCL Digital LLP is responsible for the implementation of data protection and security policies as outlined in this document.

PART III – AUTHORIZED OTHER PROCESSORS

CCL is authorized to engage other processors to process Client Personal Data. The list of authorized processors includes:
